As a Porter your essential job functions include:

Being responsible for moving and parking vehicles maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and assisting the service team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Move and park vehicles in designated areas in an organized and safe manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot service bays and customer waiting areas.
• Perform basic vehicle checks such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Assist with vehicle deliveries including preparing vehicles for delivery and ensuring they are presented in pristine condition.
• Support the service team by retrieving vehicles for customers transporting vehicles to and from service areas and assisting with other tasks as needed.
• Conduct minor vehicle maintenance tasks such as washing and vacuuming vehicles.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing courteous and prompt service.
• Follow all company policies and procedures including safety and health regulations.
• Report any vehicle damage or operational issues to Management immediately.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Physical Job Requirements

• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
• Must be capable of simple and fine motor hand manipulations.
• Work in ventilated automotive repair shops refurbishing facilities or outdoor.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and geographic location.
