Position Title: Day Porter
Location: Sacramento CA 95814
Duration: 3-6 months
Pay Rate : $17.65/hr. on W2
Work Schedule: Work hours are a 9/8/80 schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm with the office closed every other Friday (80 hours every two weeks).

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Performs overall upkeep of the grounds including but not limited to removing trash from the grounds gathering and emptying trash and recycling bins cleaning sidewalks parking lots and carports.
- Ensuring all areas are clean (i.e. by sweeping mopping scrubbing or vacuuming).
- Cleaning graffiti.
- Cleaning of grounds amenities building exteriors and trash areas (trash rooms and trash enclosures) parking lots and other community areas.
- Removes trash from community perimeter on a daily basis.
- Prepares property trash for city pick-up.
- Maintaining curb appeal.
Qualified Candidates will have:
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Show a track record of reliability in their work history.
- Be able to communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Work on their feet for the duration of their shift and lift and bend (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Must have a valid CA Drivers License
