Redlands California Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour No Pool Experience Required

Poolwerx Redlands is looking for dependable motivated people who want to learn a skilled trade and build a career in
the swimming pool and spa service industry.
No pool experience is required. We will teach you.
For 42 years Poolwerx Redlands has built its reputation by taking care of our clients and doing what is right. Our
experienced pool professionals will train you to safely and professionally maintain swimming pools and spas.
Three-Month Paid Training Program
You will receive approximately three months of hands-on on-the-job training Monday through Friday while
earning $20.00 per hour.
You will learn:
Proper swimming pool and spa cleaning techniques
Water chemistry and chemical balancing
Safe handling and application of pool chemicals
Pool equipment basics
Filter cleaning and routine maintenance
Troubleshooting common pool problems
Customer service and professional communication
How to efficiently manage a daily pool service route
Proper care and organization of your assigned company vehicle tools and equipment
Our goal isnt simply to teach you how to clean pools. We want to train you to become a professional pool service
technician.
What We Are Looking For
Experience isnt the most important thing to us. Attitude reliability and willingness to learn are.
A minimum of five years of driving experience and a good driving record
A strong work ethic
Dependable attendance and punctuality
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A commitment to learning from experienced pool professionals
Pride in doing a job correctly and taking care of our customers
A professional appearance and good personal hygiene
The willingness to properly care for and maintain an assigned company vehicle tools and equipment

As a Poolwerx service technician you represent our company every time you arrive at a customers home.
Poolwerx Redlands provides company uniforms so our technicians present a clean and professional appearance.
Employees are expected to maintain good personal hygiene and keep their uniforms clean and presentable.
Company vehicles are also part of our professional image. Your assigned vehicle should be kept clean organized and
properly cared for along with the tools and equipment provided to you.
Taking pride in yourself your uniform your vehicle your equipment and the quality of your work is an
important part of being a Poolwerx professional.
Reliability Matters
Our customers depend on us and every member of our team depends on one another. Showing up every day on time
and ready to work is an essential part of this position.

Employment Requirements
Poolwerx Redlands conducts pre-employment background checks and drug testing. Applicants must have at least five
years of driving experience and a satisfactory driving record to qualify for this position.
