Pool Operations ManagerOverview:The Pool Operations Manager will organize and oversee all pool operations to include staffing of Lifeguards Pool Attendants and Pool Greeters as well as recreation activities. Ensure the overall quality of service ambiance and cleanliness. Maintain proper staffing and timeliness of the entire pool :Hire staff discipline staff evaluate their performance and document all aspects of their programs for both groups and individual to stress service safety and product lifeguard certification & TrainingCoordinates and trains all Pool and Recreation maintenance of all equipment and cleanliness of pool Recreation for optimum labor costs and maximum service. Write accurate schedules within designated staffing all other administrative functions required and communicate information from management done accurately and on in a safe manner at all times and follow all safety procedures as outlined in your Standards of Conduct and Loss Prevention manage and lead all recreation staff brief job profile is to give a general idea of the job and in no way state or implies that these are the only job duties to be performed by the associate in this position.
