PMO Manager
Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for establishing project governance driving execution and ensuring re-brand & integration projects align with organizational objectives. This role provides oversight processes tools and reporting to enable successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO standards methodologies templates and best practices.
• Manage project and segment leads / marcom leads to ensure alignment with business priorities and meet deadlines.
• Develop and monitor project plans (including identifying interdependencies) timelines resources and risks.
• Facilitate reporting progress and updates to the organization.
• Partner with functional brand lead to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
• Drive accountability for project deliverables milestones and outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement.

• Bachelors degree in Business Project Management Engineering Marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years of project program or portfolio management experience.
• PMP PgMP Agile or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
