We are currently seeking a dedicated and accomplished PMIS Specialist; Data Analytics for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to contribute to this landmark project that is poised to deliver transformative impacts across economic transportation and environmental sustainability.

The busiest rail connection between New York New Jersey and the Northeast Corridor the Hudson Tunnel Project will improve capacity reliability and resiliency of commuter and intercity rail transit serving 800000 daily passengers from Washington D.C. to New York and New England. This is a milestone project that is slated to receive nearly $12 billion in federal funding the largest investment in a mass transit project in modern history.

As the PMIS Specialist; Data Analytics you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of this significant project. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PMIS data integrations pipelines models and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric Azure SQL Python and related tools.
• Build Power BI dashboards semantic models KPIs forecasts and executive reports for portfolio program and project performance.
• Integrate and reconcile data from project financial ERP and operational systems to ensure accuracy consistency and governance.
• Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve decision support.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable analytics and PMIS solutions for large complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Data Analytics or a related field.
• Experience in PMIS data engineering business intelligence analytics or reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric Power BI SQL Python data modeling and dashboard development.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems and applying data quality and governance practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work with PMO project and executive stakeholders to deliver actionable reporting.
• Experience supporting large infrastructure transportation utility or similarly complex programs.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory Databricks OneLake Power Platform Tableau SAP or Dataverse.
• Knowledge of PMO program controls risk management and portfolio reporting.

The estimated starting salary for this position is $180k. Starting salary may vary based on permissible non-discriminatory factors such as experience skills and qualifications.
