PMIC Engineering Program Manager

Apples Power Management solutions enable the exceptional performance and battery life in every Apple product from iPhone to Mac to Watch. Were seeking a Silicon Program Manager to drive PMIC development from architecture through mass production combining program leadership with deep technical engagement.

In this individual contributor role youll own full silicon lifecycles for custom Power Management ICs and analog IP integrated into Apple SoCs in advanced process nodes. Youll coordinate cross-functional teams spanning silicon design systems architecture product engineering and operations to deliver on aggressive schedules while resolving complex technical challenges. You wont just manage timelines youll lead technical discussions on power management architectures evaluate design tradeoffs (efficiency area performance) and dive deep into analog/mixed-signal challenges to influence the technical direction across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Work on a program management team responsible for driving technical issue resolution to deliver state-of-the-art silicon against demanding product internal program processes to ensure high-quality silicon definition and design execution for battery and power management high-level execution as part of a dynamic core technology design integration of PMU analog IP into aggressive Apple System-on-Chip (SoC) silicon issues to resolution while interfacing with multi-functional teamsDesign Verification Validation Technology System Hardware and Core design teams stay focused on near-term milestones by pulling together the right cross-functional expertise to unblock technical issues through data-driven and lead technical sessions with suppliers and design partners to track and follow up on critical focused issue reporting bug tracking and communication of program risks and status.

BS Degree in technical discipline and 3 years of relevant experience .nProven experience in SOC/VLSI Chip Design ASIC Chip Design Power Management Chip design or Technology process development.

Prior experience in Technical Program or Project Management or Systems/Customer working in a dynamic engineering environment with strong real-time crisis management ability to own and drive project execution using well-defined knowledge of ASIC and VLSI design flows with experience leading silicon projects from concept to engineering experience with power management and PMICs is a designing analog blockssuch as LDOs bandgap references ADCs and buck/boost convertersis an with battery management products is a plus.
