We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

As a PMHNP on our team you will provide comprehensive psychological care to our patients while developing meaningful long-term relationships with patients families and facility teams.
You will care for patients with complex medical needs while working collaboratively with our clinical team to coordinate care and support the overall health and well-being of each patient.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating diagnosing and treating assigned patients
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Monitoring patient conditions and adjusting treatment as needed
- Educating patients and families regarding health maintenance
- Maintaining accurate and timely medical records
- Communicating effectively with patients families facility staff and members of the care team
- Building strong relationships with patients and the facilities we serve
Our goal is to provide excellent patient care while helping reduce avoidable hospitalizations and readmissions.
- Active unrestricted Florida medical license
- Current DEA license
- Proven clinical experience
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to develop strong relationships with patients families and facility staff
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and standard medical technology
- Bilingual skills are a plus
