This position also functions as the primary liaison to resolve quality issues and ensure appropriate flow down of quality DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists with revision proposals for PMA Quality Manual PMA Supplier Manual and related STC/PMA procedures/ conformity inspections in support of issuance of 8130-3 receipt and delivery of production runs from delivery of PMA and STC products to an active role to ensure Environmental Health and Safety standards and procedures are and self-audits proper execution of PMA Quality system and PMA Supplier commodity and service suppliers (either physical audit or assessment of 3rd party credentials).Manages Approved Supplier Listing (ASL).Initiates supplier corrective action requests in response to contract reviews for new suppliers or products by reviewing purchase orders and any other documentation to ensure delivered products meet or exceed established malfunction and defect reports for submission to member of Material Review Board (MRB).Investigates PMA/STC-related deficiencies and initiates corrective actions by ATS management guidance to ATS personnel on PMA and STC to supplier locations to facilitate quality audits and source supports SMS policies and that all regulatory and customer requirements are for inventory management processes to include but not limited to: receiving cycle counts and shipping of PMA and STC inventory where AND EXPERIENCE:Degree from a technical school in a related field of four (4) years of current experience in aviation-related quality or manufacturing or equivalent combination of education and certification required (must obtain certification within 60 days of hire).Valid drivers license EFFORT AND DEXTERITY: While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to sit stand and walk; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 and air travel will be required throughout the full base pay range for this position is $36.00 $53.00 hourly not including bonuses or benefits. Your pay will be based on your experience skills and education as well as internal equity to ensure fairness across the team. Candidates closer to the lower end of the range are typically building their expertise while those at the higher end bring significant experience and specialized knowledge.
