PM Housekeeping Supervisor

Overview:The role of the Housekeeping Supervisor is to ensure that the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms public areas back of house and landings meet Omni four star/four diamond standards. The candidate will inspect the cleaning and servicing of all rooms as well aslogany repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms. The candidate will also ensure that all guest room attendants haveappropriate linensand :Assign special projects as directed by the Director of anyneeded repairs or discrepancies of guest that all Guest Room Attendants haveappropriate suppliesand the cleaning of guest rooms when processing AM and PM room status that the Guest Room Attendants linen cart is neat and well that linen closets on guest room floors are completely stock neat and cleanat all have all guest rooms punched in via the phone after VIP rooms are inspected check out/vacated rooms are a ofhotelfacilitiesand ensurehotelguestand associates aremaintainedin a safe and secure the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms and publicareasEncouragesand builds mutual trustrespectand cooperation among co-workers. Treats co-workers fairly and a professionalneatand organized appearance according to Omni Boston Seaport swiftly and effectively in any emergency or a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury or allrequired departmenttrainingsand any other duties required by :Must have at least 1 year of prior supervisory/Coordinating experience in tomaintain4-Diamond level cleanliness to work with management on special customer service and verbal communication a professional business appearance attitude and to communicate effectively with fellow associates and guests in person or via a cellular telephone/ housekeeping experience required or other relevant environmental services or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Requires frequent bending reaching overhead and be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events including nightsweekendsand be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple ability to handle stressful and busy hotel operations.
