King Kamehameha Golf Club in Wailuku HI is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a seasonal part-time PM Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community is a seasonal position with an expected duration of six months or less.
Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour BOE
- Clean sanitize and properly stock all dishes pots pans flatware and glassware
- Maintain cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler sweeping and mopping
- Empty the kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage
- Perform daily cleaning to include dry storage walk-in shelving steam tables hoods and exhaust system
- Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Must be able to work weekends
- Perform other duties as required
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Regular and reliable attendance
