PM Coordinator

Easy Ice continues to grow and seeks a bright highly motivatedPreventative Maintenance Coordinatorto join our team onsite. In this role you work to provide the Field Service Technicians and customers accurate and friendly information regarding the coordination of various service and maintenance scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedule
• Provide phone support to customers and internal staff
• Coordinates pay service agreements with Easy Ice customers
• Create and dispatch service calls to technicians supporting tech efficiency
• Follow up with customers regarding maintenance
• Update and coordinate maintenance plans
• Customer satisfaction monitoring
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer Service experience is required
• Dispatch experience- Field service industry a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel and Outlook)
• Salesforce software knowledge a plus
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast pace environment
• Ability to learn Company protocols and procedures
