What Youll Do
Provide real-time technical support to residential service technicians via phone and video calls.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues by guiding technicians step-by-step.
Serve as the subject matter expertteaching coaching and helping technicians grow their skills.
Document recurring issues and collaborate with leadership to improve training and processes.
Ensure technicians feel supported confident and able to deliver high-quality service to customers.


What Were Looking For
8 years of residential plumbing experience youve seen it all and can diagnose problems quickly.
A true expert in all things plumbing from installs and repairs to advanced troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly over the phone or video.
A natural coach and mentor patient encouraging and able to teach through challenges.
Tech-savvy enough to navigate video calls internal systems and documentation tools.
