Responsibilities:

• Install Plumbing Systems:Install replace and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures including toilets faucets water heaters and perform soldering tasks
• System Testing & Inspections:Ensure safety water quality and code compliance through thorough inspection and testing
• Repairs & Troubleshooting:Perform common repairs and resolve issues found during inspections or service calls
• Customer Interaction:Communicate clearly with homeowners troubleshoot problems and provide solutions with professionalism
• Service Calls & Estimates:Respond to customer needs and provide accurate estimates for installations and repairs
• Service Titan Knowledge:Experience with Service Titan is a plusassisting with scheduling job management and customer updates
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and local plumbing code

Qualifications:

• 5 years of residential plumbing installation experience
• Solid understanding of standard plumbing practices soldering and repairs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with plumbing tools equipment and fixture installation
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Service Titan or similar software experience is a plus
