Great candidates are likely to be

• Mechanically inclined experience with power tools
• Comfortable with learning and using new technology
• Have vast pool experience and are comfortable swimming
• Enjoy working outside in a variety of conditions and not sitting in a cube or office every day
• Appreciate working a flexible schedule night shifts or weekends as our customer might need
• Enjoy and be able to perform intermittent sometimes heavy physical labor

In the job youll be asked to do:

• Perform installs of water monitoring systems and automatic water shut off devices on residential and commercial buildings
• Perform slab and service line repairs for residential and commercial buildings
• Perform full scope pool and spa repairs. This includes but is not limited to; spot repairs repipes skimmer and wall fitting replacements above and below ground repairs manifold rebuilds
• Master underground leak locating equipment
• Swim in pools for detection or repair services
• Communicate with management colleagues and customers
• Provides professional courteous customer service
• Work outdoors & away from the office

Desired Qualifications

• Enjoy being in a job that rewards intuitive hardworking fast efficient people who have no problem wearing uniform and with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in patch back of a variety of pool deck surfaces including exposed aggregate and kool deck
• Any plumbing mechanical pool experience and construction background is a big plus
• Exceptional team player; fun energetic goal oriented positive optimistic and great attitude!
• Current Drivers License with relatively clean driving record
• Ability to create well written and concise reports to effectively describe the leak issue or repair
• Self-motivated enjoy working independently self-starter organized and enjoys being self-directed
• Ability to swim (diving certificate a plus)
• Neat appearance / Has a high standard of professionalism and character
• Mechanically inclined knows how to use a variety of tools
• Ability to take on physical work and capable of moving/lifting up to 100 pounds
