The core duties below will require that a job incumbent:Installs replaces maintains and repairs plumbing systems equipment appliances controls and fixtures including water gas and sewer from sketches drawings and blueprints to install maintain and repair equipment devices and fixtures such as vacuum breakers backflow devices gas appliance safety controls gas piping to steam tables plumbing fixtures drains sinks sumps circulatory pumps water heaters and maintains and repairs gas piping systems for space maintains and repairs automatic semi-automatic and manually-operated lawn-sprinkler maintains and repairs air and gas welding gas safety devices and other plumbing equipment that may need repair or maintains and repairs automatic fire-sprinkler reports pertaining to the testing and maintenance of backflow devices fire-sprinkler systems and other plumbing equipment devices and job sketches and material and cost more information on the duties and responsibilities please review the class description found on our website at .
