Position Summary:

Were looking for a detail-oriented person to support quality across our ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) operation. This role is primarily data-driven the majority of your time will be spent working through spreadsheets audits and reporting to verify accuracy and compliance across the asset lifecycle. The rest of the role is where youll really add value: stepping away from the data to troubleshoot root causes investigate anomalies and work cross-functionally to resolve them.

The ideal candidate doesnt just process data they read it. Youll be expected to spot trends and recurring issues in the numbers and use those insights to help the team catch problems earlier in the process before they become downstream defects compliance risks or customer-facing issues.

What Youll Do

Data & Quality Analysis (8590% of role)

  • Own the day-to-day quality-control workload across large volumes of spreadsheet-based data related to ITAD processing asset tracking and disposition records.
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits to verify accuracy compliance and completeness against company standards and customer/contractual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate quality records audit trails and supporting documentation.
  • Identify non-conforming records or assets and route them for corrective action.

Troubleshooting & Process Improvement (1015% of role)

  • Analyze quality data to identify patterns trends and recurring root causes not just individual defects.
  • Use those insights to recommend and help implement upstream process fixes that prevent issues before they occur.
  • Partner with Operations Compliance Technical Support and other departments to investigate quality concerns and drive resolution.
  • Communicate findings and improvement opportunities clearly to department leadership.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support adherence to company policies ITAD/data-destruction compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor quality-related metrics and workflow performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support training on quality standards and best practices as needed.
  • Promote a safe organized and professional work environment.

What You Bring

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus.
  • Experience: 2 years of quality auditing or data-analysis experience ideally within ITAD distribution logistics or manufacturing environments.
  • Data Fluency: Strong demonstrated comfort working in spreadsheets daily comfortable with formulas filtering pivot tables and spotting inconsistencies in large data sets.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to look beyond individual errors to identify patterns and recurring root causes in data.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $43800.00 - $70100.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
