Plant Supervisors 2nd Shift Supervisor

2nd Shift SupervisorPurpose: Manage the day-to-day activities of the production team. Assist with training team members to maximize their potential. Empower team members with skills to improve confidence product knowledge and communication skills. Must be able to delegate tasks resolve problems and make sure that everything goes smoothly for everyone during a given shift. Ensure all department policies and procedures are Duties and responsibilities:Responsible for working with shipping production team and management about units on sure that products are produced on time and are of good qualityIdentify training needsProvide reports daily to management about productionMaintaining a tidy and organized workspaceImplement work practices rules and safety practices that ensure compliance with policies rules and other duties as technical accuracy of Supervision of any repairs or adjustments that are problem solving solutions. Assists in the planning implementation and evaluation of actions as understanding of all Company policies including SQF GMPs safety policies and communicate with supervisor.
