Plant Operator I (2nd Shift)

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe and efficient production
• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of plant systems
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety standards
• Communicate operational issues and coordinate with team members and supervisors
• Follow all safety environmental and operational procedures during assigned shift

• Ability to safely operate industrial equipment and follow detailed procedures
• Strong attention to safety quality and environmental standards
• Mechanical aptitude with the capability to learn plant operations and systems
• Dependable team member with effective communication skills
• Willingness to work 2nd shift overtime and weekends as needed

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.

• $22.00 to $28.75 per hour
