Plant Manager

In this role you will be a Plant Manager for a client that is in the aggregate manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for leading daily aggregate and plant operations to achieve safety production and cost objectives.

This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.

The pay is $98000 to $122000 Witha 10% yearly performance based bonus. You will also have a company vehicle.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a plant manager in a construction environment
• Strong understanding of aggregates; crushing screening maintenance drilling and blasting heavy equipment operation
• Hot Mix Asphalt experience is a plus
• Must have experience with people management
• Experience with the union is a plus
• Strong computer skills
• Understanding of P&L reports budgets purchasing and cost management
• Must be able to help build and grow a junior staff
