What You Will Do
Run plant accounting and cost accounting processes across multiple cost centers.
Manage the monthly close process including journal entries reconciliations and financial accuracy.
Prepare monthly financial reporting forecasting budgeting and operating plans.
Maintain standard costs and bills of materials (BOMs).
Oversee physical inventory counts cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with GAAP internal controls and company accounting policies.
Review labor materials overhead distribution and inventory variances.
Participate in production and operations meetings.
Support internal controls audit readiness and asset protection.
Partner with operations to improve manufacturing performance.
Supervise front office administrative and accounting activities.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
Five or more years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of GAAP.
ERP system experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Culture & Fit

Able to manage priorities across finance operations and customer requirements.
Effective communicator who works well with cross-functional teams and plant management. Hands-on and engaged with plant-floor operations.
