Plant Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and year-end financial close and prepare financial statements.
• Manage journal entries reconciliations accruals and GL accuracy.
• Lead budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
• Analyze gross margin EBITDA working capital and variances.
• Manage inventory costing PPV standard costing and physical inventory.
• Oversee fixed assets capital expenditures and leases.
• Partner with Operations Supply Chain Sales and Leadership on financial performance.
• Track key KPIs including labor efficiency productivity inventory turns and working capital.
• Support audits and tax activities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.

Qualifications

• Strong background in accounting financial reporting budgeting and forecasting.
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Experience with inventory cost accounting and operational finance.
• Strong Excel/Office and ERP skills; Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
