Job Summary
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Compensation: $30-$35 depending on experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support daily production planning and scheduling activities
Develop and maintain production and material plans based on demand forecasts inventory targets.
Enter review and maintain accurate data within SAGE 100 and other internal systems.
Perform regular reviews of planning/buy parameters including lead times lot sizes and safety stock.
Monitor inventory and material availability to support uninterrupted production operations
Assist with the creation and tracking of work orders and production documentation.
Communicate scheduling updates shortages and delays with Production Purchasing Shipping Sales and Customer Service teams
Review reports and operational data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and operational efficiency
Maintain organized and accurate planning records files and reports.
Provide additional administrative and operational support as assigned.
Qualifications:
Manufacturing make-to-order environment production planning and coordination role experience.
Experience using SAGE 100 ERP system required
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing planning scheduling or coordination preferred
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Work Environment:
Combination of office and manufacturing floor environment.
Require frequent walking throughout the production facility.
Ability to sit stand and work on a computer for extended periods of time.
