Planning and Design Management Support for Major Projects

LOGZONE is seeking a Planning and Design Management Support for Major Projects (>$250000) for a government contract in San Diego CA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop planning documents including but not limited to statements of work work scopes project plans phasing plans relocation plans design specifications Requests for Proposal and cost estimates for a variety of Major Projects
• Consults with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to develop the planning documents
• Consults with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to identify the need for new projects and to prioritize the severity of new projects
• Provides weekly reports of new projects identified
• Attends meetings at the governments request
• Required site visits

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a construction or engineering field OR
• 8 years of construction or engineering experience
