About the Role:

As a PI Development Track Associate you will work closely with experienced PI attorneys while managing active litigation responsibilities and developing core plaintiff-side litigation skills.

You will receive hands-on mentorship access to significant operational support and exposure to all phases of PI litigation including case strategy negotiations hearings and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support management of plaintiff PI cases through litigation and resolution
• Assist with client consultations depositions hearings and mediations
• Draft motions pleadings correspondence and litigation documents
• Review medical records discovery materials and case evidence
• Coordinate with litigation support staff and case managers
• Participate in negotiations strategy meetings and case reviews
• Maintain case documentation deadlines and client communication
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom support activities
• Develop litigation and negotiation skills under attorney mentorship

What We re Looking For:

• 2 years of litigation experience in any practice area
• Active Virginia bar license required
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly
• Genuine interest in building a long-term PI litigation career
• Experience in insurance defense public defense prosecution or civil litigation welcomed
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
