About the Role:
As a PI Development Track Associate you will work closely with experienced PI attorneys while managing active litigation responsibilities and developing core plaintiff-side litigation skills.
You will receive hands-on mentorship access to significant operational support and exposure to all phases of PI litigation including case strategy negotiations hearings and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
Support management of plaintiff PI cases through litigation and resolution
Assist with client consultations depositions hearings and mediations
Draft motions pleadings correspondence and litigation documents
Review medical records discovery materials and case evidence
Coordinate with litigation support staff and case managers
Participate in negotiations strategy meetings and case reviews
Maintain case documentation deadlines and client communication
Assist with trial preparation and courtroom support activities
Develop litigation and negotiation skills under attorney mentorship
What We re Looking For:
2 years of litigation experience in any practice area
Active Virginia bar license required
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly
Genuine interest in building a long-term PI litigation career
Experience in insurance defense public defense prosecution or civil litigation welcomed
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
