Pay Rate: $60/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days 8:00 AM 4:30 PM; no weekends
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 1 year

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient rehabilitation contract opportunity in Newport OR. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with injuries or conditions that affect mobility function balance strength and independence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans

• Treat orthopedic neurological stroke balance dizziness and chronic pain conditions

• Support patients in improving mobility strength function and independence

• Help patients return to daily activities and community participation

• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Collaborate with rehab teams and other healthcare professionals

• Travel to multiple points of care as required

Requirements

• Active Oregon Physical Therapy license required

• BLS/BCLS required

• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required

• Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred

• Must be able to travel to multiple points of care

• Holiday coverage required

• General interview availability must be provided at submission
