Adelphi is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide on-site therapy services for a School in Sarasota County Florida.

The ideal candidate will work closely with school administration to provide services to students in accordance with established guidelines and standards of practice.

Requirements:

Physical therapy assistant shall have a valid School Physical Therapy Assistant License issued by the State of Florida.

Minimum one (1) year of experience working with students in a school setting.

Minimum one (1) year of experience working with students with multiple disabilities.

Minimum one (1) year of experience participating in IEP meetings.

Minimum one (1) year of experience writing therapy goals for IEPs.

Responsibilities:

Physical therapy assistant shall provide the day-to-day applied therapy and teacher support under the direction of the physical therapist.

Any other duties as assigned
