Education and/or Experience

A Bachelor/Associate Degreefrom an accredited Assistantschoolof Physical Therapy.

1 year of Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a home care or rehabilitation setting.

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

Active and unencumberedCertified Occupational Therapy Assistantlicense in state(s) of employment.

Required within30 daysof hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Compensation range: $33.40 - $41.25

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call overtime premiums extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities
