About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract opportunity in Waimea Hawaii. This role supports a mix of inpatient and outpatient therapy services including acute care ICU SNF and hospital-based outpatient rehab.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations and treatments across inpatient and outpatient settings.

• Support mobility progression discharge planning and rehab care for acute ICU Med/Surg SNF and outpatient patients.

• Manage a full therapy schedule with strong independence and clinical judgment.

• Document care accurately using Cerner.

• Provide thorough patient-centered therapy in a rural hospital setting.

Requirements

• Active Hawaii Physical Therapist license required or must obtain ASAP.

• BLS/BCLS certification required.

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience required.

• Inpatient outpatient acute care ICU SNF or rural hospital experience preferred.

• Cerner experience preferred.

• Must be able to work Saturdays with no exceptions.

• Flexibility with work hours may be required.

• Arrival date and pending compliance items must be communicated after confirmation.
