Looking for a PRN Physical Therapist position that gives you flexibility without giving up meaningful patient care
Concept Rehab Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dependable Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Ozark Missouri.
This is a great opportunity for a PT who wants to pick up additional hours maintain a flexible schedule or enjoy the freedom of PRN work while being part of a supportive therapy team.

Youll have the opportunity to:
- Provide individualized physical therapy services to patients
- Evaluate mobility strength balance function and positioning
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians nursing families and other members of the healthcare team
- Provide patient and family education
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning
- Support restorative and functional maintenance programs
- Supervise and collaborate with PTAs as appropriate
- Current Missouri Physical Therapist license
- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Strong clinical and communication skills

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
