Scarpelli and Associates Physical Therapy is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist in the Castro District of San Francisco. Full-time is preferred and new graduate PTs are welcome and will receive dedicated support and mentorship. About the Role

You will treat patients of all ages in a gentle-paced outpatient setting with a general orthopedic and pelvic health caseload. The practice is deeply committed to providing affirming inclusive care for all patients including members of the LGBTQIA community and authenticity and respect are at the core of how the team works. Full-time PTs can expect to treat 43 to 45 patients per week. Initial evaluations are one hour in length and follow-up sessions are 45 minutes.

Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Friday with no required weekend or holiday hours though those are available for interested clinicians. Clinicians have the autonomy to structure their schedule in the way that works best for them.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for a full-time position is $104000 to $139360 per year based on experience and qualifications. Candidates who prefer not to receive benefits may receive additional compensation in lieu of the benefits package. The benefits package includes a healthcare stipend a 4% IRA match student loan repayment assistance paid time off and a continuing education allowance.

Qualifications

Candidates must be eligible for California state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Prior outpatient experience is preferred. New graduate PTs are welcome and will be fully supported and mentored. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred. Part-time candidates with 16 to 24 hours of availability across two to three weekdays will also be considered.
