Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage a high-volume outpatient caseload with efficiency and clinical excellence
• Deliver a combination of manual therapy therapeutic exercise and functional training
• Oversee and delegate appropriately to PTAs and therapy technicians
• Progress patients toward functional goals and timely discharge
• Maintain accurate timely documentation within EMR systems
• Communicate effectively with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and Texas regulations

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Texas PT license through the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
• Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination
• Strong orthopedic and outpatient clinical foundation
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Experience

• 1 year of outpatient experience in a high-volume clinic
• Experience supervising PTAs and support staff
• Familiarity with productivity-driven environments
• Strong manual therapy and exercise progression skills
