Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
Experience: Physical therapy experience preferred

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract opportunity in Hayward California. This role supports patient rehabilitation services and requires strong clinical judgment treatment planning and patient-focused care to help improve mobility strength and functional outcomes.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises mobility training and functional rehabilitation support
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises safety mobility and recovery goals
Document therapy services accurately and collaborate with the care team
Requirements
Active California Physical Therapist License Required
Physical Therapist experience preferred
Strong patient assessment treatment planning and rehabilitation skills required
Ability to work Monday Friday day shift schedule required
Must provide safe compassionate and goal-focused patient care
