The rehab gym is state of the art offering the Lite Gait and a full array of modality equipment. Our therapists are certified in offering LSVT therapy to Parkinsons patients and enjoy continuing education benefits that include an unlimited CEU package with Summit.

Requirements

• APTA-accredited PT degree (BS MS or DPT)
• Tennessee PT license
• SNF experience a plus
