What youll do

As a Physical Therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy you will:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab post-surgical rehabilitation balance and fall prevention and strength/conditioning.
• Deliver high-quality evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
• Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in community wellness initiatives patient education and outreach programs.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team of PTs PTAs techs and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist License New Grads Welcome!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to continuous learning
• Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics post-surgical rehab fall prevention strength training
