Pay Rate: $35.00/hr $38.00/hr

Pay Per Day: $280 $320/day based on 8 hours (Pay cycle is bi- weekly)

Pay per Week : $1330.00/week - $1520.00/week

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Day Shift

Total Working Hours: 38 Hours/Week

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

About the Role

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract opportunity at Cypress Ridge Care Center in Monterey CA. This role supports therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and assists patients in improving mobility strength and functional independence under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assist with therapy treatments and patient care plans under PT supervision.
• Support patients with mobility strengthening balance and functional activities.
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to support patient outcomes.
• Follow facility standards safety procedures and rehab care guidelines.

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapy Assistant License Required.
• Minimum 1 Year Of PTA Experience Required.
• Skilled Nursing Facility Experience Preferred.
• NetHealth / Rehab Optima Experience Preferred.
• Ability To Work Day Shift And Complete 38 Hours Weekly.
