Total Rehab Center is hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient orthopedic position in Somerset Kentucky. New graduate PTAs will receive dedicated support and mentorship. No prior experience is required.

About the Role

You will join an experienced multidisciplinary team in a beautiful outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages with a well-balanced caseload that is primarily orthopedic with approximately 20% neuro. Conditions include post-operative sports and chronic pain prevention screening. Total Rehab Center is an exercise-based clinic and the ideal candidate is a passionate team player with strong personal integrity and a solid work ethic. You will work autonomously within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends or major holidays are required though Saturday morning hours are available for those who are interested. Full-time hours are available and part-time candidates with a minimum of 24 hours across three days per week will also be considered. Schedule flexibility is available to best suit your lifestyle.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is in the range of $21 to $25 per hour with the potential to earn additional compensation through performance bonuses. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package a 401(k) with a 3% company match a health stipend paid time off and a continuing education budget.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is required. Candidates must be eligible for Kentucky state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. A passion for rehabilitation and a team-first mindset are essential. No prior experience is required.
