Pay Rate: $40/hr $45/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 4 years

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13-week contract opportunity in Lamar CO. This role requires inpatient experience and supports physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist across inpatient outpatient and home health settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide selected physical therapy treatments under PT supervision

• Support patients with mobility strengthening and functional activity goals

• Collect patient data related to therapy interventions

• Modify selected interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist

• Promote patient safety comfort and progress during treatment sessions

• Assist patients across inpatient outpatient and home health care settings

• Communicate effectively with therapists physicians staff patients and families

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program required

• Colorado PTA credential/license required upon acceptance

• BLS required

• Minimum 4 years of PTA experience required

• Inpatient experience required

• Outpatient experience preferred

• Strong communication teamwork clinical judgment and patient care skills
