Job Summary
Physical Therapists work as part of our Therapy and Fitness team to help our senior clients maintain and regain fitness and function.
We are looking for bothfull-time and part-timePhysical Therapists
Pay Rate- $50-$65 per hour DOE (for full-time)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and interpret findings to determine the treatment goals and plans
- Documentprogress toward identified objectives
- Administerquality physical therapy services
- Conductpatient and family education
- Maintainclient records
- Completerequired forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapistlicense in CA
- 1 year experience preferred
- Must pass FBI & DOJ clearance
- COVID vaccinations and routine testing
