The teacher develops and delivers standards-aligned lessons in physical science utilizing hands-on investigations laboratory experiences and real-world applications to foster student curiosity and understanding of scientific concepts. As a member of ABLEs Charter School Community the Physical Science Teacher creates a safe inclusive and academically rigorous learning environment that supports the diverse needs of all learners. The teacher uses student data to guide instruction differentiates learning opportunities and collaborates with colleagues families and support staff to ensure student success. We require BA or BS degree and single-subject California teaching credential with appropriate authorization intern eligibility and credential or out-of-state credential meeting California requirements.
