Job Title: Part-Time Phlebotomist & Clinical Assistant

Location: Sarasota / Bradenton Area

Schedule: 1-2 days per week (7 hour/day) Tuesdays / Thursdays 11:30 AM 6:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 $22.00 per hour (DOE)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled upbeat and dependable Phlebotomist to join our team on Tuesdays and this dynamic dual-role you will perform blood draws assist with specialized Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) procedures and support overall clinic operations and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy & PRP Support: Perform routine venipunctures with high accuracy and comfort. Assist the physician directly during PRP procedures including specimen preparation and handling.

• Clinical Operations: Responsible for opening/closing room prep maintaining strict sanitization and cleanup protocols and managing clinical inventory/supplies.

• Patient & Rehab Care: Assist patients before during and after treatment supporting the physician with light physical rehabilitative care as needed.

• Patient Experience: Maintain a bright positive attitude to foster a welcoming supportive environment for every patient.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 23 years of daily high-volume blood draw experience required.

• Technical Skills: Proven competency in venipuncture techniques and proper specimen handling. Experience with or willingness to learn PRP protocol handling.

• Professional Demeanor: Strong communication skills exceptional bedside manner and a proactive team-player mindset.

• Reliability: Must have consistent reliable availability for Tuesdays and Thursday shifts (11:30 AM 6:30 PM).
