What Youll Do

• Lead coach and support a team of pharmacy technicians and drivers to ensure safe efficient daily operations.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and work assignments to meet operational demands.
• Oversee medication ordering receiving preparation inventory management and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Monitor productivity accuracy and workflow to maintain high operational standards.
• Conduct employee training performance evaluations and ongoing development.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes improve efficiency and strengthen pharmacy operations.
• Maintain medication security inventory accuracy and proper handling of expired or returned medications.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and internal teams to resolve operational challenges and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Step in to support pharmacy technician or driver responsibilities when operational needs require it.

What Were Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of verifiable supervisory experience.
• Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license preferred.
• Completion of a board-certified Pharmacy Technician program preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations medication handling and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead teams manage schedules and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong problem-solving organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive team-oriented leadership approach.
• Valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
