Job Summary

STAFFXPERT is Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager (Portfolio Level) to lead IT regulatory assurance initiatives in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role is responsible for end-to-end governance compliance oversight portfolio management risk assessment stakeholder management and delivery execution across multiple IT process initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of IT regulatory and compliance initiatives.
• Drive project governance planning execution and delivery.
• Partner with business and IT leaders on demand intake and prioritization.
• Define project scope timelines risks dependencies and resource needs.
• Lead Change Control Board (CCB) activities and governance reviews.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GxP validation and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain audit readiness and support regulatory inspections.
• Track budgets forecasts and financial performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across enterprise IT organizations.
• Manage risks issues and escalation processes.

Must-Have Skills

• 10 years of IT Project Management experience
• Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry experience
• Strong knowledge of GxP CSV (Computer System Validation) and Regulatory Compliance
• IT Regulatory Assurance experience
• Portfolio & Program Management
• Governance Risk Management and Audit Readiness
• Change Control Board (CCB) experience
• Steering Committee and Executive-Level Reporting
• Financial Management / Budget Tracking
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Experience managing multiple enterprise-wide projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Experience with FDA-regulated environments
• Experience supporting validation and quality assurance programs
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and IT compliance frameworks
• Experience in large enterprise environments
