Internship Summary:

PGIM is seeking motivated and goal-orientated interns to join our team. Our summer internship program spans approximately 10 weeks offering you a valuable opportunity to work on impactful projects where you can demonstrate your skills and talents.

Timeline:

What you can expect:

• Gain hands-on experience and learn business-to-business sales including all aspects of a consultative sales model

• Collaborate and shadow with our National Sales Desk Internal Wholesalers to learn best practices of the business

• Support sales projects research and presentations to ensure successful execution of various business strategies

• Partner with the broader Sales team to provide solutions and initiate efforts to improve process efficiencies

You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way add new value to organization initiatives and effect change.

What youll need:

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program or 5th year masters program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028

• Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration

• Preferred majors include Business Economics Finance Financial Services or related field of study

Note: The salary range for this role is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
