Do you enjoy problem-solving working independently and providing excellent customer service As a Pest Management Professional with Clancy Brothers Pest Control you will play a key role in protecting homes and businesses from unwanted pests using state-of-the-art technology. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22-$30/hr depending on experience with opportunities for bonuses and commission.

What Can You Expect
- We provide comprehensive hands-on training to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to succeed. Training includes:
- Proper home inspections (including crawl spaces and attics).
- Identifying and treating pest infestations using industry-leading products.
- Customer communication & education on pest prevention.
- Product and safety training for effective treatments.
- Time management & route optimization.
- Equipment maintenance & vehicle safety.
- Online training modules to reinforce learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pest Control Services: Perform inspections treatments and preventative solutions following company standards.
- Customer Communication: Engage with clients to explain treatments educate them on pest prevention and address concerns.
- Documentation & Compliance: Accurately record services provided maintain regulatory compliance and collect payments when necessary.
- Scheduling & Route Efficiency: Coordinate with the office to ensure efficient daily service routes.
- Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a clean organized and safe company vehicle and tools.
- Training & Growth: Participate in ongoing education and mentorship programs.
- Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive success.

Requirements:
- No prior experience neededwe provide all necessary training!
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication & customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently & manage time effectively.
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
- Pass background check & drug screening.
- Comfortable working in various environments including attics and basements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in pest control customer service or fieldwork
Sales or upselling experience is a plus. - Mechanical or technical skills for basic equipment maintenance.
