Job Summary
Creating a specialized training package designed for individuals who have successfully completed a physical therapy or clinical rehabilitation plan and have been cleared by their medical professional to re-engage in exercise. The goal is to provide a safe effective and progressive transition from a therapeutic setting to a sustainable and independent fitness routine.
- Excellent communication skills to educate motivate and empower clients transitioning from rehabilitation to independent exercise
- Capacity to adapt programming for a wide range of ages abilities and fitness levels
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and client progress tracking
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism customer service and fostering a positive client experience
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology or related field is preferred
- CPR and First Aid Certification (required)
Certification from a nationally accredited organization such as:
- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
- American Council on Exercise (ACE)
- American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
- National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
