Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Client Manager to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This position is primarily onsite with a hybrid schedule considered for the right candidate.

• Salary: Up to $70000 annually commensurate with experience.

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on insurance products coverage options and policy changes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
• Process policy renewals endorsements and cancellations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends regulations and product offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition into our services.

• Proven experience in personal lines insurance with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the insurance industry.
• Must be able to commute to Newport NH as this position requires an onsite presence.
