Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join growing this role you will manage a book of business valued at $2.5 - $3 million in premium focusing on personal lines accounts. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65000 - $75000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of 90% standard and 10% high-value personal lines accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account management including quoting renewals and servicing.
- Collaborate with team members and utilize tools such as AMS360 and EZLynx to ensure efficient account management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and carrier guidelines to provide accurate and competitive quotes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in personal lines account management (10 years preferred).
- Proficiency in rating with carriers such as Travelers Hartford Safeco and Liberty Mutual.
- Familiarity with AMS360 EZLynx Outlook and Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Must be able to work in-office (remote or hybrid work is not available for this position).
