Personal Lines Insurance Specialist

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join a this role you will be responsible for managing a variety of personal lines insurance accounts ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining accurate policy documentation.

• Base Salary: $55000$70000 (commensurate with experience)
• Comprehensive benefits package including health dental and vision insurance

• Process policy changes endorsements cancellations and reinstatements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Issue certificates ID cards binders and other policy-related documents.
• Assist clients with billing inquiries payments and past-due notices.
• Gather necessary information to prepare quotes for home auto renters umbrella recreational vehicle and other personal lines insurance products.
• Support the renewal process by updating client information and preparing renewal documentation.
• Utilize EZLynx software to manage and maintain client records and policy details.

• Prior experience in the insurance industry is required; this position is not open to entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with personal lines insurance products including home auto renters umbrella and recreational vehicles.
• Proficiency in using EZLynx software or similar insurance management platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment rotating between in-office and remote work.
