Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Insurance Agent to join a team. • Salary: Up to $70000 annually based on experience.
• Bonus Potential: Up to $700 per month based on performance.

• Provide exceptional service to personal insurance clients with a focus on renewals endorsements and standard servicing tasks.
• Handle 80% service-related tasks and 20% inbound sales.
• Manage and process personal lines accounts including smaller accounts and delegated tasks based on experience.
• Conduct quoting for new and renewal business as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in personal lines servicing preferred.
• Software: Familiarity with Applied Epic is a plus but not required.
